Who provides the land?
The customer provides the land for the facility. We can help define the technical requirements for the site.
Are permits and approvals included?
Permits, project documentation and local approvals are quoted separately because the scope depends on the location and intended use.
What is included in the monthly rental?
The agreed rental scope can include the structure, flooring and selected equipment package. Air conditioning, ventilation, lighting and other systems are defined in the project configuration.
Can I buy the structure later?
Yes. The lease-to-own option allows agreed rental payments to be credited toward the future purchase price, subject to the final agreement and depreciation.
